My Story
I’m Tamantha “Tami” McInnis, founder of The Know-It-All. My work is rooted in real-world operational experience and a practical, common-sense approach to solving problems in a variety of environments.
I’ve worked in retail and operations management, led teams, opened and stabilized business locations, and made high-pressure decisions where systems either supported the work or actively made it harder. Over time, I saw how often businesses rely on memory and informal workarounds simply because no one has taken the time to design systems that actually fit how the work gets done.
Alongside decades of management experience and formal education (MBA in oranizational management and MS data science), I served in the U.S. Army, earned a certification as a Holistic Health Coach, and recently co-founded a veterans nonprofit with my husband. We’re almost done raising two amazing kids and run a small hobby farm in rural Wisconsin. Those experiences have shaped how I see people, work, and responsibility, and they give me a deep appreciation for how different every situation truly is.
Today, I help business owners organize and stabilize their operations by creating systems that reduce strain and support better day-to-day decisions. I also work with individuals to make home office tasks less stressful and help them feel prepared for tax season instead of overwhelmed by it.
If you’re curious whether my approach is a good fit, I'm always happy to start with a conversation.
